1. All beauty services are by appointment only.
Non-refundable deposit is required when booking your service. Deposit must be received first to confirm a booked service.
(Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Square.
note: Square payment transactions are subject to
5% fee per transaction)
2. When booking a service package, the deposit is determined depending on the total service hours. (FYI:
$20 minimum deposit/hour of service)
Same-day cancellation of a service from the service package forfeits the deposit for the cancelled service.
3. If rescheduling/ cancelling a booked service, please provide a 24hr. courtesy notice prior to the appointment. (Deposit is credited toward your next service and it’s valid for up to one rescheduled appointment only)
4. No show/ same day cancellation or failing to cancel or reschedule with a 24hr. courtesy notice, prior to the appointment, results in a forfeited deposit.
* 3 No-Shows and or same day cancellations require all future services to be paid in full when booking. 24-hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling prepaid services. Any no-show or same day cancellation results in forfeited prepaid services. There are no exceptions.
5. Grace Period: If you are 10+ minutes late for your appointment, this is considered a NO-SHOW and your deposit/prepayment is forfeited. There are no exceptions.
6. Deposits/Prepayments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Credit must be used within 1 month from the last cancelled date of service.
7. e-Gift cards expire one year from purchase date and cannot be redeemed for cash. e-Gift cards are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
•A client must call upon arrival. A face mask is required upon entering the premises.
•Feeling sick or think that you have been exposed to COVID or had COVID related symptoms within 10 days from your appointment? Client must cancel the appointment for the scheduled service. In order to reschedule an appointment a written NEGATIVE COVID TEST result is required from your lab.
8. Mobile Beauty Services
*Surcharge applies to all mobile beauty services. Surcharge depends on the mileage to the destination.
Prepayment is required upon booking the mobile beauty service. Once prepayment is confirmed a booking confirmation will be sent out via text message.
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule the mobile beauty service appointment a 24hr. notice is required to transfer the prepayment once to the new appointment. No Show/Same-day cancellation or cancellation without a 24 hr. notice results in a forfeited prepayment. There are no exceptions.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
